Membership Consultant – Anytime Fitness Falcon

Casual - Starting at 15 - 20 hours per/week
Pay: $33–$37 per hour (depending on experience) + Great Monthly Bonuses

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Membership Consultant to join our team at Anytime Fitness Falcon. This is a customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for potential and current members, helping them achieve their fitness goals while supporting the growth of the club.

As a Membership Consultant, you will engage with new leads, follow up on enquiries, and guide prospects through the membership process, ensuring every interaction delivers an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recent membership sales and follow up on leads across online and in-club channels
Provide exceptional service to members, answering questions and resolving issues promptly
Conduct tours and consultations with potential members
Support the Club Manager in implementing sales and marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate records and monitor your performance against KPIs
Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive,



and motivating club environment

About You
You are a people-focused, proactive individual with a passion for fitness and helping others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with people to help them reach their goals.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, energetic, and qualified approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
Current First Aid and CPR certification, Police check or willingness to obtain
