Your new role
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end client service within Transaction Services. You will manage client enquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and client portals, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Managing inbound client enquiries
Handling high volumes of email queries
Supporting client requests via secure portals and internal platforms
Resolving complex and sometimes unique operational queries
Delivering exceptional service to an existing client base

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.




Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment (banking preferred but not essential)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn complex processes and systems
Proactive, self-starter with a flexible approach
Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
