The options for Rehab Counsellors, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists is available.

About the Role:




Guide individuals through recovery and sustainable return-to-work programs
Deliver services across Same Employer and/or Current Employer streams
Conduct Functional Capacity, Vocational, and other workplace assessments
Liaise with insurers, employers, medical teams, and other stakeholders
Attend case conferences and provide evidence-based recommendations
Manage your caseload with autonomy and purpose

What you’ll need to be successful
Tertiary qualification in Rehab Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
Prior Occ Rehab consultancy experience
Full AHPRA, ASORC ESSA registration
Australian working rights
Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience
Current driver’s license
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
