Coast to Country Caravans – Mackay

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Workshop & Display Yard Assistant to join our growing team in Mackay.

This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a professional team in the caravan and RV industry.

About the Role

No two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping both our showroom and workshop environments looking sharp and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring showroom and public areas are always clean, tidy, and presentable
Washing and cleaning caravans to a high standard
Assisting the service team with general workshop tasks
Detailing caravans ready for customer delivery
Basic Caravan Servicing (under supervision)
General yard duties and ensuring the venue is presented neatly




Basic gardening and outdoor maintenance

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
Enjoys hands-on, physical work
Can work both independently and as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Holds a current driver’s licence (essential)
Forklift License is highly desirable
