We're looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / All Rounder to join our growing team in the heart of Dwellingup.
Working alongside Dwellingup Adventures, Waypoints is a Trails Café serving locals, tourists and adventurers exploring everything our beautiful region has to offer. With an exciting new riverside kiosk opening soon, there's never been a better time to come on board.
About the Role
As our Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences at both our Café and our upcoming kiosk.
You'll be someone who thrives in a quick-paced workplace, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys working as part of a positive and energetic team.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing outstanding customer service
Working autonomously to fulfil the requirements of an all-rounder position
Working collaboratively across both café and kiosk operations as required
What We're Looking For
Proven barista experience in a busy café environment
Confidence dialing in grinders and maintaining coffee quality
Solid customer service and communication skills
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and peak tourism periods
