We are located in Highgate Village, on Fullarton Road, open 7 days a week, offering our local community the best qualified advice, are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships within our community.
We provide both Medi-Sachets and Webster Packs to over 1000 customers in Aged Care Facilities and at home, so a knowledge of the dispensary is a big advantage.
We are Agents for NDSS, SA Lotteries and MetroCard and stock gifts, magazines and greeting cards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
Train, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy team
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Support seamless prescription services in partnership with pharmacists
What You Bring
Proven experience in pharmacy retail management
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sound knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
Proficiency in inventory and POS systems

An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader
Have a current South Australian driver's licence
Have the right to live and work in Australia
Have experience with FRED POS
