Retail Sales Assistant – Full Time

This role does not require relevant industry knowledge or work experience. Training will be provided on-the-job as your skills develop.

We’re looking for a new staff member to join our growing business, and become part of our friendly and diverse team. This is a outstanding opportunity for anyone looking to enter a current industry.

Timing (5 days a week):
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
Saturday: 8am – 1pm

Role responsibilities:
Counter sales and customer service by phone/email.
Creative problem solving and answer finding.
Picking, packing and shipping orders.
General warehousing tasks, manual handling, and item receipting.
Communication with suppliers and manufacturers.

Our ideal candidate:
Has strong communication and critical thinking skills.




Enjoys learning and understanding how things work.
Is physically capable and able to lift heavy objects.
Has some computer skills and can learn to use current tools.
Is friendly and well-presented.
Is proactive and can work autonomously.
Driver’s license required.
Forklift license is helpful but not required.
