About the Role:
As a Domestic Assistant with VIVA Mutual’s community aged care team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining protected, comfortable, and hygienic environments for our clients. This is a casual role, with opportunities to go Permanent Part-Time / Fulltime for the right applicant, traveling between clients on a fortnightly roster. You’ll be responsible for delivering cleaning services that meet Aged Care Quality Standards, ensuring each client’s home is protected, clean, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide cleaning services across multiple clients’ homes, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
Follow individual cleaning schedules and routines to maintain VIVA Mutual’s high standards of care.
Build positive relationships with clients while respecting their privacy and individual preferences.
Accurately document services provided in compliance with our policies and Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You:
Experience in cleaning or community aged care is preferred but not essential.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.
Strong time-management skills and ability to follow scheduled appointments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
Compassionate, respectful, and dependable in all aspects of your work.
Be available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
