Supported Employee - Groundskeeper | Adeptly Supported Employment Program

Location: Keystone Centre, Woodridge, QLD

Employment Type: Casual

Remuneration: $30.35 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & perks

Applicants must be current NDIS Participants with Support in Employment funding or adaptable core support included in their NDIS Plan.

What You’ll Be Doing
Helping with mowing, weeding, watering, and general garden maintenance
Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe
Learning practical skills while working as part of a small team
Reporting hazards or safety issues to your support worker
Building confidence, teamwork skills, and independence

What You’ll Need
Supports in Employment funding listed on your NDIS Plan
NDIS Worker Screening Check + Blue Card
Valid Police Check
A willingness to learn, try recent tasks,



and work outdoors
