We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact digital initiatives spanning web platforms, CRM, marketing technology and customer experience solutions.

You'll lead end-to-end digital project delivery from business case through to implementation, transition and advantages realisation.

Projects may include:
Website redevelopment and optimisation
CRM and customer platform initiatives
Marketing automation implementations
Customer journey transformation
Digital engagement platforms
eCommerce and online transaction capabilities
Customer data platform integrations
Multi-vendor digital ecosystems





You will work closely with Digital, Marketing, Data and Technology teams while managing delivery partners, risks, budgets, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

Salesforce

Adobe Experience Manager
Optimizely
Sitecore
Marketing automation platforms
Customer experience and engagement platforms
CRM implementations
Digital portals and websites
Agile delivery settings

Experience leading cross-functional teams and working across both business and technical stakeholder groups will be highly regarded.
