Packline Solutions is seeking a proactive and organised Finance/Office Manager to join our team in Derrimut. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day finance function while contributing to process improvements and supporting the wider business.

The Role

Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:
Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using JCurve
Processing supplier invoices and preparing weekly payment runs
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Processing payroll, PAYG and superannuation
Preparing BAS information for lodgement
Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
Preparing sales and financial reports
Setting up supplier payments, including FX transactions
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with HR administration, onboarding documentation and employee records
Maintaining OH&S; documentation and business compliance records
Providing general administration support across the business as required
Assisting with improving systems, workflows and business processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Finance/Office Manager or similar




Solid experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Experience preparing BAS information
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using accounting software (JCurve experience highly regarded)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business
Confidence learning new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
