About the Role

As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the showroom
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
Driving sales performance and helping the team achieve targets
Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding results
Maintaining high visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
Assisting with staff coaching, training, and development
Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are followed
Working weekends as part of the regular roster

About You





To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in retail sales (furniture experience highly regarded)
Previous leadership or management experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Solid organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
Reliability, flexibility, and availability to work weekends
A passion for achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences
