We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cafe All-Rounder/Supervisor to join our team at Eling Forest Cafe in the Southern Highlands.
This role is especially significant to us — we need someone who can confidently run the cafe and supervise the team when the owner is not present.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of the cafe, including opening and closing
• Leading and supervising a small team to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Managing stock, controlling costs, and minimising waste
• Basic equipment maintenance

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous cafe or hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
• Barista skills are highly regarded (training can be provided if needed)
• Responsible,



trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Available on weekends and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights
• Local Southern Highlands resident preferred
