We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our Hospitality Group.
About the Role
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
Ensure high service standards and an exceptional customer experience
Maintain a clean, well-organised, and welcoming venue
Oversee staff training, rosters, and daily organisation
Coordinate equipment and venue maintenance
About You
Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (references required)
Bubbly, professional, and customer-focused personality
Strong leadership skills with a disciplined and organised approach
Hands-on and service-driven
Available to work weekends
