We are a multi-site cafe group and are looking to recruit a COOK / FOH Staff for our very busy Randwick location.

We have a strong team and settled operation and are looking for a candidate who is quick to adjust and adopt our operational system and team culture. Our businesses are high volume and are located throughout a number of Hospital and University Campuses around Sydney.

The role includes but not limited to
Prepare and serve fresh, quality food
Maintain food safety standards
Take orders efficiently and accurately
Ability to be versatile and work unsupervised and as part of a team
Reliable
Robust work ethic
Attention to Detail
Must be available for early morning shifts, 6am–2pm

You are a perfect fit if you have:




Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
Excellent and strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement
