Duties: Forming a pivotal part of the Property Management side of the business, once you are trained-up and comfortable,



you will be responsible for:Taking and addressing rental enquiriesUndertake Opens and private inspectionsKey managementCarry out in-going inspectionsTenant approvals and compiling tenancy packsOnboarding tenants once approvedSpecific requirements: There is NO experience required for this role, but you must have:A great attitude and a sunny disposition towards learningA current Real Estate License or Certificate (or be close to completing)A car and drivers licenceAccess to commissions, Quarterly dinners and End of Year PartyTop work setting and a collaborative, fun 'family' feel, where there team is valuedPrincipal is a Property Management expert – so knows the demands of the job and is there to support you
