This is a high-volume, temperature-controlled pick-pack operation running to tight same-day despatch windows.

A great opportunity for a leader who wants to run a busy site their own way and grow with a business that is still expanding nationally.The roleFull operational ownership of a quick-paced pick-pack and last-mile fulfilment operationLead high-volume carton and unit picking across chilled and ambient stock (this is a pick-pack site, not pallet in, pallet out)Manage and develop supervisors and a large warehouse team across extended operating hoursOwn service performance against tight despatch cut-offs and customer KPIsDrive labour planning, cost control and site metrics including DIFOT, pick accuracy and safetyEmbed structure and process,



and keep improving the operation as volumes growWork closely with transport and customers to hold service levels highAbout youProven operations management experience in 3PL, FMCG distribution or high-volume fulfilmentStrong background in carton and unit pick-pack, e-commerce or last-mile fulfilment, rather than purely pallet-based warehousingA track record of lifting and scaling operations and teams, not just maintaining themStrong people leadership.
