Your Duties
Assist with the management of ******* residential properties (mostly unfurnished and tidy apartments)Manage daily rent arrears and issue relevant notices in line with legislative requirements.Coordinate and undertake routine and ongoing inspections of the portfolio.Ensure all leases and management agreements are current and valid.Acknowledge tenant requests and maintenance and liaise with owners and contractors to resolve any issues.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants,



and other stakeholders.Review rent for each new tenancy and renewal, and ensure clients can make an informative decision.Communicate with potential tenants, conducted weekly viewings until a new tenant is secured.Update the client updated throughout the leasing process, process applications and completed lease documents
Specific Requirements
Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in real estate industryMust have a valid Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate LicenseMust have a valid driver's license and own a reliable car
