The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Manager to playa key rolein supporting theFoundation's operationsand enabling thedeliveryof meaningful programsand initiatives.
This is anopportunity for someonewho enjoys bringingstructure to apurpose-driven environment, improving ways ofworking andbuilding strong connectionsacross a diversegroup of stakeholders.
Working closelywith the Foundationteam and externalpartners, you'll helpensure the organisationcontinues to operateeffectively and deliveron its mission.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Coordinate day-to-day operations and administrative activities across the Foundation.
Maintain and improve systems, processes and organisational documentation.
Liaise with external service providers and support organisational planning and reporting.




Grants & Fellowship Administration
Coordinate the administration of grant and fellowship programs from commencement through to reporting.
Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation and support program delivery.
Work closely with fellows, researchers and key stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Donor Engagement
Foster strong relationships with donors, researchers, fellows and key stakeholders.
Coordinate communications and support donor stewardship initiatives.
Respond to enquiries professionally and represent the Foundation positively.
Events & Project Coordination
Coordinate meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
Manage event logistics, timelines and administration.
Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate records and support governance and compliance requirements.
Contribute to reporting, risk management and operational improvements.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative activities.
About You
Experience within the not-for-profit, health, research or membership sector (highly regarded)
Experience in administration, operations, project or program coordination
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience coordinating events, meetings or organisational activities
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
