Security Guards / RSA Marshals Newcastle / MaitlandTwo Ravens Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Security Supervisors, Security Guards and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Marshals to join our team in the Newcastle Hunter Region for licenced venues Monday to Saturday.As a casual employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and events, while also providing excellent customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for security and a strong commitment to upholding safety standards.What you'll be doingPatrolling and monitoring client premises to deter and detect potential security breachesProviding a visible security presence and responding to any security incidents or emergenciesEnforcing venue policies and procedures, including the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)Assisting with crowd control and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendeesMaintaining detailed logs and reports of all security-related activitiesCommunicating effectively with clients, co-workers, and emergency services as requiredWhat we're looking forA valid security licence and RSA certificationCurrent First Aid certificationPrevious experience in a security or customer service role,
