With the depot preparing to commence operations, we are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join us and grow together with the company.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone with strong coordination and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced empty container depot environment.You will play a key role in managing container movements, inventory control, and coordinating with transport operators, shipping lines, and terminals to ensure smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate container movements between depot, transport operators,



and terminalsMonitor and manage container inventory levels to meet export booking requirementsProcess dehires and export pickup bookings via systems such as 1-Stop/ContainerChainValidate export booking details and ensure EDI accuracy from shipping linesCommunicate with shipping lines regarding stock shortages and operational updatesMonitor slot bookings and pending transactionsMaintain accurate data entry for all container movements and system updatesCompile container control and operational reportsHandle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely mannerSupport M&R; administration, including system updates and customer changesLiaise with terminal operators to ensure smooth operational workflowAssist front counter operations when requiredMaintain communication across stakeholders to support productive depot operationsAbout YouExperience in container depot, logistics, or transport operationsStrong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detailGood understanding of container control, inventory, and booking processesExperience with systems such as One-Stop/ContainerChainExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving skills and proactive attitudeDesirable (Highly Regarded)Experience in the empty container surveyKnowledge of shipping container grades and industry practicesApplicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
