We're looking for a motivatedJunior Bookkeeper Traineeto join a supportive team while completing a Certificate III in Business.
You'll receive paid, hands-on training, gain a FREE nationally recognised qualification, and build the skills needed for a long-term career in bookkeeping and finance.
What you'll be doing:
As a trainee, you'll learn a variety of office and bookkeeping tasks, including:
Basic data entry and general administration
Learning accounting software, including XERO
Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
Scanning, filing and maintaining business records
Assisting with payroll functions
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What we're looking for:
You don't need previous office experience—we're looking for the right attitude.
To be successful, you'll have:
A genuine interest in bookkeeping, accounting or finance
Good computer skills and confidence using software programs
Strong attention to detail
Positive numerical skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, professional and eager to build a career
