You'll play a key role in delivering practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions, while also supporting recruitment and contributing to ongoing People & Culture initiatives.What You'll Be DoingProvide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance, and workplace mattersManage end-to-end casework, including conduct, grievance, and underperformanceConduct workplace investigations, interviews,



and documentationFacilitate workplace resolutions and mediationSupport fitness-for-work and complex case management scenariosDeliver end-to-end recruitment, from attraction to onboardingPartner with leaders to build capability and confidence in people managementContribute to HR projects, process improvements, and culture initiativesSupport delivery of a positive employee and candidate experienceAbout YouYou're a confident, approachable HR professional who thrives on building relationships and solving problems.
