The Clubhouse is a dynamic environment that supports a growing community of members living with mental illness.The peer-supported environment allows members to build confidence, make friends, learn the skills needed to access education and employment opportunities.
You will work with members to develop the weekly programs and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for personal growthcollaborate with other professionals to provide holistic support and resourcesmonitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting coaching strategies as neededempower clients to build confidence, improve well-being,
