Synergie is seeking Trades assitant for a leading waste management companylocated in Kemps Creek.
Tenure is 3 months (could extend)
Tenure: Ongoing for the right candidate
Days & Hours: 5 days 8 hours.
Possible more hours if needed
Pay rate: $***** PH
Duties:
Assist mechanics and technicians with maintenance, servicing, and repairs of earthmoving equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks).
Clean and prepare parts and equipment for repairs or inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and tools.
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Perform routine workshop tasks such as fluid top-ups, filter changes, machine fuelling and greasing.




Support stock control by receiving, storing, and retrieving parts and tools.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Complete basic documentation and reporting as required
Essential Licence or Qualifications:
Construction White Card (desirable)
Previous experience in a mechanical or workshop workplace preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
Physically fit and able to perform manual Labor.
