A well-established engineering company within the Illawarra has an immediate need for 2 Qualified and experienced Welders for ongoing work for a few weeks.They service all levels of steel fabrication and welding, problem solving & carrying out the necessary engineering to develop certified products for the mining, General manufacturing, and engineering industries.Tasks & responsibilitiesFabricate & weld components using GMAW (Mig) that comply with the client's specification, drawings & Australian Standards.Proactive, with a solid work ethic with a can-do attitude.Ability to work well in a team environment & unsupervised.Adhere to safe work practices.Participate in Toolbox and Safety meetings.Completion of sign off documentation as required.Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.Qualifications & experienceMig welding Experience requiredExperience operating an overhead crane (an advantage but not essential)
