This is an opportunity to take ownership of your section while working alongside a passionate, high‐performing kitchen team committed to delivering exceptional food every service.Reporting to the JnrSous Chef, you'll receive dedicated monthly appraisals, genuine professional support and ongoing opportunities to develop your culinary skills while contributing to one of Brisbane's premier dining experiences.In the Chef de Partie role, your day‐to‐day will involve:Running your own kitchen section with consistency, organisation and attention to detailPreparing and cooking premium dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentationAssisting with stock rotation, ordering and maintaining food safety standardsSupporting and mentoring junior chefs while fostering a positive team cultureWorking closely with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver seamless serviceMaintaining a clean,
