FIFO from Darwin or Cairns.As the Structural Remediation Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the protected and successful delivery of structural remediation projects, ensuring contractor performance, project compliance, quality outcomes and alignment with governance, safety and operational requirementsOther key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and field safety interactionsEnsure remediation works meet approved standards, plans and specificationsSupport procurement activities and coordinate materials and equipment needsFacilitate contractor onboarding and maintain effective stakeholder interfacesABOUT YOUYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Supervising remediation, construction or maintenance activities in brownfield environmentsBuilding strong stakeholder relationships across diverse teams and workgroupsBalancing competing priorities while delivering against project milestonesDemonstrating visible safety leadership and promoting a positive safety cultureQualifications for this position are:Current C Class Drivers LicenceSouth32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
