Telecommunications Retail Sales SpecialistBuderim Communications is seeking a Telecommunications Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Buderim, QLD.
This is a full-time position based at our store on Burnett St. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the right telecommunications solutions for their needs.
This position is central to our mission of providing quality service and building lasting customer relationships in the local community.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and professionally, understanding their telecommunications needs and requirementsPresenting and demonstrating Telstra's products and services with enthusiasm and expertiseProviding accurate information about Telstra's mobile plans, broadband services, and other telecommunications offeringsProcessing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systemsBuilding strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‐sellingMaintaining product knowledge and staying informed about current promotions, pricing, and service offeringsHandling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptlyContributing to a positive store workplace and supporting team colleaguesAchieving individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining service qualityAssisting with stock management, merchandising, and store presentationWhat we're looking forPrevious retail or customer service experience,
