The company is located in Somerville, VIC.Key Responsibilities:Monitor & Maintain Spare Parts Register (Created by Warranty Department)Liaise with Local Procurement and Offshore Procurement to order parts required to be dispatch.Manage Min/Max levels of Spare Parts Store (to be created)Organise postage and shipping as required.Liaise with Warranty team daily,



providing updated information on status of overdue spare parts ordersAssist in developing standard operating proceduresThe successful applicant will have:Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a collaborative working environmentAbility to present information both clearly & conciselyStrong communication skills both written and oralBe able to implement good time management, task allocation and priority assignment in additional to personal organisation.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines (an advantage)Robust computer skills with good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and relationship buildingExperience in storage or spare parts
