About The RoleProcess tenancy applications and ensure prompt response to all enquiries and facilitate lease signingsLiaise with Landlords and Property Managers to approve applicationsLiaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspectionsAdvertising and marketing of propertiesLiaise with landlords regularly throughout the Leasing process with relevant feedbackStay up-to-date on available listings and property amenities.Send approval and bond instructions to tenantsHandle daily office tasks and help maintain an inviting team culture/environmentArrange for signboards to be erected and removedBuild and maintain positive relationships with current landlords and tenantsWhat You Can Expect From UsInvestment into your professional development, with regular training by external industry leadersMentored internally by Senior Property Manager/sRegular team meeting sessionsOngoing training and career growthA supportive and engaging work setting.
