The successful applicant will:ResponsibilitiesConfidence in their cooking abilitiesCreativity and high presentation standardsPreparation and presentation of sushi and sashimiAbility to create dishes with consistencySkilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipesUnderstanding of food safety and OHS requirementsTrain and manage junior cooks and kitchen staffAchieving all safety, hygiene and food qualityQualificationsRelevant qualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleExperienced in sushi and sashimi preparation and presentationAbility to work under pressureProactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industryEffective communication skills
