Its A Bloke Thing Foundation – Toowoomba QLDThe It's a Bloke Thing Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness, funding vital research, and improving care for men affected by prostate cancer across Australia.Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia, affecting 1 in 5 men in their lifetime.Education is the key to improving health outcomes and as an educator with It's a Blokes Thing Foundation, you will play a vital role in raising awareness about early detection that could save livesThis role is perfect for someone comfortable presenting to audiences of all sizes and available to travel throughout regional Queensland to present to a wide range of audiences.
A knowledge of, or lived experience of prostate cancer would help deliver insight and knowledge to your audience, though this is not essential.
