Our ideal candidate will have:
Experienced in managing premium restaurant bars,



ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Experience in writing and evolving a high-quality cocktail and bar program.
Ability to train and manage both experienced and novice bartenders.
Ability to work within a large and diverse management team.
Possess strong knowledge of Australian spirits and producers.
Skilled in effective planning, time management, and decision-making for smooth restaurant operations.
Detail-oriented with a knack for enhancing guest experiences through personalised touches.
Enthusiastic about sharing creativity, knowledge, and leadership to inspire team members.
