Your role is to make sure the asset runs smoothly, stays compliant and provides a positive experience for the community.
You'll manage contractors, oversee maintenance, monitor safety and support the long-term quality of the centre.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all operational services, maintenance and compliance for the assetManage R&M; budgets, forecasting and monthly operational reportingCoordinate and review contractor performance and service agreementsEnsure essential services testing, WHS checks and risk management requirements are metRespond to incidents,
