THE ROLE
Duratec are seeking a Civil or Structural Engineer with site-based construction experience to support the delivery of remediation, structural, façade and civil projects across Brisbane.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating site activities, resources, subcontractors and equipmentProviding technical engineering support for construction, remediation and repair worksAssisting with concrete repairs, structural strengthening, façade upgrades and civil construction projectsManaging QA/QC documentation, inspections and compliance requirementsPreparing quantity take-offs and supporting procurement activitiesMonitoring project programs, schedules and project performanceFacilitating project meetings and maintaining stakeholder relationshipsEnsuring compliance with HSEQ standards and project specifications
ABOUT YOU
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career with a leading contractor delivering technically challenging structural, remediation and construction projects across Queensland.
3-5 years' experience in a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or similar roleStrong hands-on construction and project engineering experienceTertiary qualification in Civil or Structural EngineeringAbility to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationshipsStrong report writing and communication skillsWhite CardAbility to obtain a Police Clearance for site access requirements
