Located conveniently at Matraville, we embrace flexible working models that allow you to balance your professional and personal life seamlessly.Your purpose:Tracking of shipments through airlines or other freight forwarders and ensuring they are released to GEODIS for clearance with minimal delaysCommunicate effectively with various carriers to ensure customers delivery needs are met – all modes AIR/LCL/FCLEnsure all carriers have correct documentation in a timely manner to service our customersMaintain shipment status details and running commentary in EDI so accurate records are kept ensuring customers have correct details on their live websitesLiaising with our customs broker to ensure that shipments run smoothlyInvoice all files accurately and in timely manner in line with customer and GEODIS' KPI'sProcess creditor invoicesEnsuring all delays are communicated to our customersYou'll bring:Minimum 3 years' experience in cartage operations within the industryUnderstanding of Australian wharf, depot, airlines, and transport operationsKnowledge of system literacy and data accuracyTime management and prioritising skillsCapable of multi-taskingExperience with EDI-Cargo Wise software strongly preferredWe'll provide:Flexible Work/Hybrid ArrangementsEmployee Bonus SchemesService AwardsLifestyle discount and BenefitsBe a part of a reputable global organizationProfessional development with long term career opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentPlus much moreIf you're passionate about Cartage and Logistics and want to be part of a energetic team that thrives on collaboration and customer success outcomes, we want to hear from you!
