You'll specialise in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across the Mercedes-Benz Passenger and Van range, working with industry-leading diagnostic equipment and manufacturer support.This is an exciting opportunity for a Master Technician looking to further develop their expertise while mentoring others and working in a collaborative, high-performing workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics across the Mercedes-Benz Passenger and Van range.Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.Work closely with Mercedes-Benz Australia to resolve technical issues and implement manufacturer updates.Complete repairs efficiently in accordance with Mercedes-Benz repair procedures and labour standards.Conduct road tests and quality inspections to achieve exceptional first-time fix rates.Mentor and support fellow technicians while continuously developing your technical expertise through ongoing manufacturer training.About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification).
A minimum of five years' experience in a senior technician or diagnostic role.Advanced diagnostic,



fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and interpreting technical information.A current Australian Driver Licence.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative workshop team.Previous Mercedes-Benz experience is highly regarded but not essential.Why Join Mercedes-Benz?
