About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to take ownership of their matters while working closely with and receiving mentoring from the Principal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own files from commencement through to resolution.
Providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.




Drafting correspondence, pleadings, contracts and other legal documents.
Attending court, mediations and conferences where required.
Assisting the Principal on complex and significant matters.
Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Candidates with 2 years' post-admission experience (PQE) are preferred.
A current NSW Practising Certificate.
Experience across one or more areas of general practice.
Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
Excellent organisational and file management abilities.
Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
A proactive can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
A commercial mindset and an interest in business development.
