Monday to FridayDispensary Technicians and experienced Pharmacy Assistants are encouraged to applyJoin a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient care.Play a key role in the effective dispensing of medications.Collaborate closely with pharmacists to enhance customer experiences.Contribute to a supportive team culture in a dynamic pharmacy environment.What to Expect in Your Role:Your role will involve close collaboration with pharmacists to ensure effective prescription preparation, stock management, and superior customer service.
Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining TerryWhite Chemmart's standards.Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.Manage inventory, including stock monitoring and ordering as needed.Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.Communicate effectively with customers regarding prescription processing and wait times.Assist in promoting pharmacy services, including care clinic services and rewards programs.About You:Previous experience in a community pharmacy as a Dispensary Technician or Pharmacy AssistantStrong attention to detail, with a solid understanding of pharmacy processes and associated administrative tasksDemonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively across various rolesCustomer-focused approach, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient carePositive, proactive,
