We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and lead crews across multiple council projects.This role suits a hands-on leader who understands council specifications, can direct teams confidently, and takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-organised sites.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities across multiple sitesLead site crews and subcontractors with clear direction and robust communicationEnsure works comply with local council specifications, drawings, and standardsRead and interpret council site plans, IFC drawings, and project documentationMaintain daily site diaries, records, and progress updatesLiaise with council officers, project managers, and internal stakeholdersMonitor productivity, quality,
