and fault findingWorking with a variety of heavy vehicle trailer systemsSupporting apprenticesMaintaining safety and quality standardsCompleting service paperwork and job documentationWhat We're Looking For:Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle MechanicStrong fault finding and diagnostic abilityExperience working on heavy vehicles & heavy trailer systemsPrevious Leadership experience requiredHands‐on attitude with strong communication skillsReliable and safety focusedThis role offers robust long‐term potential within a growing workshop operation and would suit someone looking to step into a leadership role while still remaining technically involved on the tools.
