You will gain hands‐on experience across multiple technology teams, contribute to real projects and develop a strong foundation for a career in software engineering.
No two days will be exactly the same.
Throughout the program, you will:Contribute to software solutions and projects that support dealerships across Australia and New ZealandGain exposure to different teams, technologies and stages of the software delivery lifecycleBuild your technical, problem‐solving,



project management and communication skillsParticipate in structured learning and development, including continuous improvement approachesReceive mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues and industry expertsWork with a range of internal and external stakeholders and learn how your work contributes to the broader businessAbout youYou do not need to have all the answers on day one.
