As anAssistant Store Manager, you will be expected to lead the team and store to success.
You will be a strong leader, an excellent coach and develop teams to operate efficiently and drive customer sales.
You are a solid visual merchandiser and can drive in-store promotions.
Set and drive KPI's for your store and area teams, multitasking across various operational and retail activities.
You are an outgoing, strong, natural leader that can inspire people and bring them on the journey with you through your passion.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled business manager who is looking to take your career to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Drive the business to reach financial and operational targets through sales, setting and reaching KPI's, monitoring of shrinkage and inventory through analysisOffer and lead exceptional Customer Experience and service standardsLeading, developing and motivating your team to ensure high performanceManage Visual Merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure execution and excellenceManage and monitor store costs in line with the business operationsCreate, build and maintain customer loyaltyCreate and develop a positive, vibrant working environment whilst coaching your teamsProactive approach to support and offer guidance to other state-based storesScheduling,
