WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a Lead Agent, supporting the full sales lifecycle while developing your own skills in listing, negotiation, and client management.




You will:
Assist with property appraisals and listing presentations
Conduct buyer inspections and open homes
Manage buyer enquiries and follow up leads
Support the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement
Build relationships with vendors and prospective buyers
Prospect for new business opportunities (calls, door knocking, networking)
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Assist with marketing campaigns and property listings
Minimum 2+ Years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A driven, proactive attitude with a desire to succeed in sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Real Estate Licence
Full working rights in Australia
Experience working within a high-performing real estate office
Strong local market knowledge
Proven experience in lead generation or sales environments
