This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking, commercial acumen and project leadership to deliver meaningful operational improvements across the business.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to improve productivity, optimise costs and enhance service delivery before leading initiatives through implementation and measuring the benefits achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading operational improvement initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisationAnalysing operational, financial and service performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunitiesDeveloping business cases,



financial models and ROI analysis to support investment decisionsPartnering with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to improve productivity and business performanceDesigning and maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting and performance metricsDriving process standardisation and continuous improvement across operational functionsManaging multiple improvement projects while engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levelsPresenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and commercially focused wayAre you the one?
You're naturally curious and enjoy solving complex business problems.
You have a strong analytical mindset, understand commercial drivers and know how to turn insights into practical outcomes.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people and leading projects that deliver measurable business improvements.You'll be able to demonstrate:Proven experience managing and delivering operational improvement or business transformation projectsStrong analytical capability with experience interpreting large datasets to support decision makingExcellent commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing business cases and financial modelsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience using Power BI,
