Troocoo is proud to assist a Queensland Government client by recruiting AO3 Service Officers for the Debt Management Centre in Ipswich, QLD.
These are initial 6-month agency contracts, with potential for extension, paying $***** per hour plus 12% super.You will manage high-volume inbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, apply relevant legislation, and maintain accurate client records in a busy contact centre.
Excellent customer service, resilience and attention to detail are essential.
