Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.Your responsibilities will include:Clinical CareAdministering childhood immunizations & general vaccinationsManaging wound care & assisting with minor procedures (excisions, women's health)Performing Spirometry, Audiometry, ECG, and Holter monitoringConducting ear syringing,



iron infusions and venesectionsTriage & patient assessmentsSterilizing medical equipmentChronic Disease & Preventative CarePerforming health assessments, including ATSI health assessmentsAssisting with Care Plans and patient educationCoordinating patient recalls and results using HotDocs softwareCompliance & AdministrationMaintaining AGPAL Accreditation Clinical StandardsManaging cold chain complianceStock Ordering & managing medical suppliesAdhering to COVID-19 vaccination protocols & guidelinesWhat we are looking for in essential criteriaCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)Valid CPR / First Aid and Immunisation CertificateStrong understanding of patient privacy & confidentialityAbility to work independently & as part of a teamA patient-first approach with empathy, compassion & professionalismKnowledge of Best Practice or similar medical software (training provided)Familiarity with GP Accreditation processes (preferred but not essential)Previous general practice or primary care nursing experience is preferred but not essential.Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this positionMonday - Friday availability, with potential for rotational Saturday morning shiftsAttractive pay package, tailored to your experience & qualificationsBe part of a thriving medical practice with a fantastic team culture
