You will recruit, train and develop Guest Experience staff to meet sales KPIs, while maintaining a high standard of guest interactions both in person and over the phone.As a pivotal leader, you will engage with the Centre Manager and stakeholders to execute growth plans, manage budgets and ensure productive operations across memberships
