Job ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to patrons across bar/bistro, bottleshop, accommodation & gaming operationsBe responsible for overseeing general operations of the business in absence of managementMinimum 1-2 years of hospitality management experience is requiredAbility to work well within a team environmentEnsure venue is a clean,
